Today, Brooklyn Bird Watch features a Heather Wolf photo of the Common Grackle up close as seen in Brooklyn Bridge Park. BBW has previously featured an excellent Heather Wolf photo of a juvenile Common Grackle running toward the camera. However, this close up shot really highlights the striking, iridescent plumage of the Grackle.
