E-bike rider hits two women on 19th Avenue
Cops arrested Justin Giaquinto for drug possession after he hit two women with his e-bike in Bensonhurst.
Cops arrested a man for drug possession after he hit two women with his e-bike on 19th Avenue and 76th Street March 4.
Justin Giaquinto, 50, hit the women as they crossed the street shortly after 6 p.m., cops said.
The women, both in their 40s, were taken to Maimonides Medical Center. One was in critical condition with head trauma and the other was stable.
