VENEZUELA — Holy Innocents Day: A man dressed as a “bolero” stuck out his tongue during celebrations marking Holy Innocents Day which commemorated King Herod's infanticide of baby boys in Bethlehem after the birth of Jesus according to the Gospel of Matthew, in Caucagua, on Tuesday.
