Bound and gagged body found under boardwalk
A bound and decomposed body was found under the Riegelmann Boardwalk.
A decomposed body was found under the Riegelmann Boardwalk Sept. 20.
Cops found the body near Surf Avenue and West Fifth Street. The hands had been tied with rope and there was duct tape over the mouth.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.
