JAPAN — Bicycle ride: A police officer rode his bicycle along the Imperial Palace on Sunday, in Tokyo. The fourth state of emergency would go into effect on Monday and last through Aug. 22, despite the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics being held in less than two weeks.
