Reaching for new heights in DUMBO

The first rendering has been released for a new condominium being developed on the DUMBO waterfront. The step-like building, designed by Hill west, is named Olympia in homage to a village that once stood on the site of present-day DUMBO. It is being developed by Fortis Property Group, the developer of the former LICH site in Cobble Hill.
