Fire ravages Third Avenue supermarket
Firefighters battle the blaze at Met Fresh Supermarket.
A fire swept through the Met Fresh Supermarket on Third Avenue and 96th Street this afternoon.
FDNY said the blaze began at 1:40 p.m. and was under control by 2:23 p.m.
One injured civilian was treated at the scene.
