Good for Brannan! I’ve had Tofurky and really enjoyed it. It’s kinder than killing a turkey. This year, I opted for a vegan Shepherd’s pie with vegan versions of traditional side dishes, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy vegan turkey again in the future.
