The southbound side of Cadman Plaza West between Tillary Street and Johnson Street will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Saturday, and from 8 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Sunday to facilitate crane operation at the former site of the Brooklyn Heights Library.
A 36-story tower, designed by Marvel Architects, is rising on where Cadman Plaza West meets Clinton Street. The building will include a new 26,620 square foot library, 134 condominium units and two retail spaces on Clinton Street. The Hudson Companies is developing the tower.
