Death of Farragut Houses resident ruled homicide

The death of a 44-year-old man, who was found dead in a hallway inside the Farragut Houses in Downtown Brooklyn on Friday, was declared a homicide by police on Monday.

Roshee Williams, who lived on the third floor of the Sands Street building, was found semi-conscious in the hallway of his building, police said.

He was taken to Methodist Hospital where was pronounced dead from blunt force trauma to his torso, according to the medical examiner’s report.

There have been no arrests at this time, police said.
