Isaac Schwartz, who reportedly owns 48 apartment buildings stretching from Park Slope to Ridgewood to Flatbush, was arrested in October and charged with helping a prostitution ring to operate in four of his buildings.

The buildings are at 2007 Foster Ave., Flatbush; 483 Fourth Ave., Park Slope; 880 Gates Ave., Bed-Stuy; and 203 Onderdonk Ave., Ridgewood, according to The Real Deal.

In addition to his alleged activities, to which he has pleaded not guilty, Schwartz regularly appeared on various “worst landlord” lists, The Real Deal reported. NYC Public Advocate Letitia James’ most recent list of the 100 Worst Landlords in New York City had Schwartz as No. 24, racking up 510 violations in eight buildings.

Schwartz, who also works as an EMT in Borough Park, runs his real estate firm with Mendy Lowy and a contracting firm, Powerful Electric, headed by his brother-in-law, Shalon Seelfreund, The Real Deal said.
