Clinton Street Baking Co., the Lower East Side bakery and restaurant well-known for its pancakes and brunch, will set up shop next year in Time Out Market New York, a large food hall in DUMBO that is slated to open next year.

The two-floor, 22,000-square-foot complex within DUMBO’s Empire Stores is sponsored by Time Out Group, which also publishes the magazine Time Out New York, according to Eater. Clinton Street will offer a condensed menu that will include favorites like pancakes with maple butter, Spanish scramble with chorizo and eggs Benedict.

Other well-known vendors within Time Out Market will include popular pizzeria Juliana’s, which is next to Grimaldi’s in the Fulton Ferry area; the Mexican cantina Alta Calidad, which has “Mexican-style roti and plenty of tacos”; and Fort Greene Middle Eastern restaurant Miss Ada, where “hummus platters and bowls will be the focus,” Eater reported.

The food hall will also include three bars, a stage and an exhibition space, Eater said. The Time Out team is seeking to choose vendors that represent the city’s culinary culture.
