Spaces, an organization that rents workspaces, offices and meeting rooms to businesses, has signed a lease for 51,539 square feet at 175 Pearl St. in DUMBO, part of Brooklyn’s former Jehovah’s Witnesses complex.
When it opens next year, Spaces, which is owned by the international workforce firm IWG, will have a first-floor entrance and the entire second and third floors, according to the New York Post. Spaces has other New York locations in the Chrysler Building and on 11th Avenue on Manhattan’s west side. The Brooklyn Spaces will also have its own cafe and rooftop access, the Post reported.
