Body of construction worker recovered at Sunset Park wall collapse

The body of a construction worker has been recovered from a wall collapse in Brooklyn.
Police say 47-year-old Luis Almonte, of Manhattan, was buried under mounds of debris when the retaining wall collapsed at the site in Sunset Park on Wednesday.
Firefighters and rescue crews worked frantically to free him, but heavy rains and safety concerns hampered their efforts.
His body was finally recovered on Thursday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
