Yet another skyscraper may be coming to Downtown Brooklyn. It’s 570 Fulton St., a 40-story residential building that has been proposed by Slate Property Group, according to Curbed.

The project, which is designed by Hill West Architects, would contain 139 apartments, of which 30 percent would be affordable. It would also have office space for local businesses and boutique-sized firms, Curbed reported. To construct the building, Slate is seeking a zoning amendment that would allow it to build more than the current maximum of 20 stories on the site. Slate is already constructing a 19-story building on an adjacent lot, 1 Flatbush Ave.
