29Rooms, Refinery29’s annual immersive funhouse that has taken Instagram by storm year after year, is now open once again in Brooklyn. The exhibition consists of — surprise — 29 rooms, each more colorful than the last, all operating around this year’s theme: “Expand Your Reality.”

Visitors have three hours to explore the space, in what Refinery29 describes as a “choose-your-own adventure-style experience.” The rooms this year span a number of themes within the broader one, running from an ACLU-meets-game-show space exhibit called “Know! Your! Rights!” to a space where you can converse with your inner child, according to Gothamist.

Tickets are $39.99, with the option to upgrade to the “Starlight Session,” which happens at night, includes three cocktails and promises surprise performances.

News for those who live, work and play in Brooklyn and beyond

The exhibition, located at 588 Baltic St., is open Sept. 6 – 9 and Sept. 13 – 16 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
