A pastry chef with a Michelin-star has brought his baked goods to DUMBO.

Butler Bakery & Espresso bar, which has one Brooklyn location already operating in Williamsburg, has just unveiled a sister shop at the corner of Water and Dock streets, Patch reported. The cafe takes its name from Ryan Butler, a veteran baker who worked at Piora when it received a Michelin star.

The menu offers delicate-sounding breakfast pastries and lunch dishes with savory-sweet flavor combos: herb and chili scones, sticky date muffins, prosciutto and melon sandwiches and more.

Those intrigued by the unique baked goods can learn to make them at home, as the DUMBO bakeshop will offer classes with Butler on Thursdays for $59 per hour-long tutorial with beer and wine, according to Eater.
