Sales are now underway for The Brooklyn Grove, a 27-story condo building at 10 Nevins St. in Downtown Brooklyn. The building, developed by Adam America Real Estate and Slate Property Group, has 184 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $575,000, according to Curbed.

The architectural firm ODA New York designed the interior. The kitchens will feature rift oak carpentry with antique brass hardware, Caesarstone countertops and appliances by Bosch. Master bathrooms will include marble-tile walls, porcelain-tile flooring, glass-enclosed showers in the larger units, polished nickel fixtures and marble countertops.

Among The Brooklyn Grove’s many amenities will be a 40-foot-long indoor swimming pool; a lounge featuring a fireplace surrounded by marble, a pool table and a screening area; a children’s playroom; a rooftop lounge and a fitness center. The Brooklyn Grove topped out earlier this month, and construction is expected to end this spring, Curbed reported.
