Edouardo Jordan, the James Beard Award-winning chef of the Salare (eclectic) and JuneBaby (Southern food) restaurants in Seattle, has become a national celebrity in the culinary world. So it’s only natural that Olmsted, a restaurant in Prospect Heights that New York calls “American Nouveau,” will host Jordan for a one-night collaborative dinner on July 30, according to Grub Street.

Dishes from both of Jordan’s restaurants will be on the menu, which will be walk-in only. In May, the James Beard Foundation named Jordan “Best Chef: Northwest” and also named JuneBaby “Best New Restaurant.” At Olmsted on the 30th, doors will open at 5:30 p.m., Grub Street reported. Olmsted is located at 659 Vanderbilt Ave.
