A Vietnamese restaurant in Bushwick is reinventing brunch for Americans fed up with below average, overpriced brunches.

Falansai, a Vietnamese-French-Chinese restaurant, is located at 112 Harrison Place and is Michelin-rated.

Chef Henry Trieu serves unique brunch specials. For example, a crab quiche is served with shiitake mushrooms, glass noodles, crab and is unlike any other classic quiche.

The three Vietnamese crepes on the menu— spinach and lemongrass tofu, mushrooms and beets, and escargot and basil are also exceptional, according to Bushwick Daily.

With a caramelized pork belly dish, Trieu spins his version of grits, hominy and sticky rice cooked to a smooth consistency in coconut milk.

Falansai’s drinks include the Drunken Master, blackberry green tea with vodka and tapioca boba, and a passion fruit mimosa, a tart take of the classic mimosa.
