Local businesses have partnered with Fight Back Bay Ridge, a group dedicated to community engagement, to celebrate voting in Bay Ridge.

On June 26, the federal primary day; September 13, the state and local primaries; and November 6, Election Day, a participant who can show an  “I VOTED” sticker (or who announces “I’m voting!”) can enjoy specials and discounts.

For instance, Kettle Black, 8622 Third Ave., is offering $4 beers to voters from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. The Art Room, just down the block at 8710 Third Ave., is offering voters $20 off registration for summer or six-week classes, and Brooklyn Made Tattoo, 312 93rd St., is rewarding voters with 10 percent off a tattoo of any size (appointments needed; starting at $90).
