Crown Heights is heating up and becoming one of Brooklyn’s hottest neighborhoods, the New York Post reported. Between the new businesses moving into the neighborhood, the easy access to multiple subway lines and a market-rate apartment inventory that’s grown by more than 7,000 new units in the past five years according to Streeteasy because of new condos and conversions, Crown Heights is the place to be. “This block is up-and-coming,” says Sarah Williams, the owner of Rituals and Ceremony, a new home-goods store at 717B Nostrand Ave.
