NewYork-Presbyterian opens cancer center in Park Slope
A new cancer treatment center that offers patients access to top medical experts recently marked its grand opening in Park Slope.
Representatives from NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Brooklyn held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 25 to mark the opening of the new cancer center at 340 Fourth Avenue.
A team of 13 cancer specialists and oncologists that includes medical experts from Weill Cornell Medical Center is already providing diagnosis and life-saving treatment for cancer patients as well as patients with liver and lung diseases, officials said.
