‘Gotham’ actress Erin Richards buys $1.62 million home in Bed-Stuy

Actress Erin Richards has bought a two-story brownstone house in Bedford-Stuyvesant for $1.62 million, the New York Post reported.

The Welsh actress is best known for her role as Barbara Kean in the “Gotham” TV series, where she plays Jim Gordon’s fiancee.The house spans 3,120 square feet and stands 20 feet wide. The five-bedroom home is being divided to allow a rental unit, also two stories high. The TV star’s side of the duplex has exposed brick, a chef’s kitchen and a formal dining area. A wood-panelled patio leads to a beautifully landscaped garden outside. Douglas Elliman was listed as the brokering company.
