Police arrested three men on charges of felony assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and assault outside a restaurant in Bensonhurst.

Authorities claim that on Saturday, April 28 at around 2 a.m., outside the Puerta del Sol Restaurant on Bay Ridge Avenue between New Utrecht and 16th Avenues, a 20-year-old man told police that he got into an argument with two other men, 18 and 23 years old, who then struck him in the face with a belt buckle.

The 18-year-old told police he was slashed in the face with a knife by the 20-year-old, and the 23-year-old stated he was stabbed in the abdomen by the 20-year-old man.

Cops say all three — 18-year-old Franasico Tambrez, 23-year-old Manuel Tambriz, and 20-year-old Luis Mardoqueo Tambriz Catinac — were taken into custody. Police added Tambriz Catinac was in possession of a credit card knife and a forged $100 bill.

The 18 and 23 year-old men were removed to an area hospital for treatment.
