19 contracts signed last week in luxury housing market across Brooklyn
The Brooklyn luxury market had its priciest week of April last week, with 19 contracts signed for a total of about $63.4 million. The deals between April 23 and April 29 worth $2 million or more were split between nine condo deals and 10 house deals, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates. The properties went for an average price of about $3.3 million. The priciest deal was for a single-family townhouse in Brooklyn Heights at 6 Grace Court Alley, which went for just under $8.5 million. The four-story five-bedroom property spans 5,200 square feet and recently underwent a massive renovation that included a central skylight and multiple fireplaces, according to the Real Deal.
