An affordable housing lottery has opened up for 38 units in an 11-story building now under construction at 105 South Fifth St. in Williamsburg, according to Brownstoner.

The site, across from the Williamsburg Bridge, was once home to the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s architectural salvage warehouse, which was demolished in 2011, Brownstoner reports. Eligible incomes for the 38 affordable apartments range from $31, 543 to $62,580. There will be 55 units in total as well as a retail store, a medical office and bicycle storage units. The building is currently owned by the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
