A Brooklyn judge jailed a 38-year-old man on Thursday accused of breaking into a Borough Park apartment through the window and getting into bed with a 14-year-old girl.

Isaac Hernandez allegedly broke into the 39th Street apartment Tuesday morning around 3 a.m., slid into the teen’s bed and pulled his pants down, prosecutors said. When the girl woke up and saw him, she screamed, waking her 10-year-old sister who joined in on the yelling until the suspect fled out the window.

After the family called 911, police found a fingerprint matching to Hernandez on the window sill and arrested him the next day at his job.

“I was looking for an abandoned house that my friend said I could sleep in,” Hernandez told police, cops said.

Judge Ellen Edwards held him on $50,000 bail at his Brooklyn Criminal Court arraignment, where he was slapped with two counts of burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.

The judge also ordered Hernandez not to come into contact with the victims or their home.

Defense attorney George Cooke argued Hernandez was never there and never admitted to police that he had been there.
