Stars of politics and TV came out to help superstar lawyer Arthur Aidala celebrate a milestone birthday and the Brooklyn-born birthday boy reveled in the spotlight.

Aidala, founding partner of the Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins law firm, hit the big 5-0, turning 50 years old on Dec. 1.

The law firm decided to combine their holiday party with a birthday bash for Aidala at the PH-D Rooftop Lounge at the Dream Downtown in Manhattan last week. Marianne Bertuna is Aidala’s wife and law partner. Hon. Barry Kamins (retired) is also a partner in the law firm.

Fox News Channel stars Kimberly Guilfoyle, Shepard Smith and Juan Williams were on hand to wish the guest of honor a happy birthday. Aidala is a former Fox News legal analyst. Rosanna Scotto, host of “Good Day New York” on Fox 5, was on the guest list.

Actor Tony Lo Bianco and Guardian Angels Founder Curtis Sliwa were among those helping Aidala celebrate the milestone.

Mayor Bill de Blasio and other political luminaries, including New York state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli, New York City Public Advocate Letitia James and state Sen. Marty Golden (R-C-Bay Ridge-Southwest Brooklyn) all came to toast Aidala.

Many of Aidala’s law colleagues, including attorney and television legal expert Alan Dershowitz and Brooklyn DA-elect Eric Gonzalez were guests at the party.

In his toast to Aidala, de Blasio noted that he has known the lawyer for 25 years.

“You were 25 when we met, and I think you’re still 25 years old in the best sense,” the mayor told Aidala. “Everyone here knows that Arthur is a good human and a loyal friend and someone who speaks the truth. I may not be personally associated with the FOX network, but what I always saw, [was that] it didn’t matter what network he was on. Arthur always spoke openly. If you know him, you know he’s the real thing. I wanted to be here to discuss my friendship and appreciation. And of course, in Italian culture, we honor family above all else, [and] if you spend any time with Arthur, it’s all about family from the newest generation to his ancestors. It means so much to him.”

Aidala thanked his partners and mentors in law, making special mention of his father, attorney Louis Aidala, who he described as his biggest mentor.

Aidala, who started his career as an assistant district attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, announced that John Esposito, his former supervisor in the DA’s office, would join Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins as the law firm’s fourth partner.

Aidala, who was born and raised in Bay Ridge, enjoys a reputation as one of New York’s leading trial lawyers and legal experts. His most high-profile clients have included former New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor.

Aidala served as president of Columbian Lawyers Association of New York City and was the 100th president of the Brooklyn Bar Association. He is a much sought-after speaker at local and state bar association meetings and law schools.
