An East Flatbush man pleaded not guilty to murder and weapon-possession charges at Brooklyn Supreme Court Monday after a Brooklyn road rage spat turned deadly.

Troy Williams, 39, is accused of fatally shooting Tayron Gittens in the head.

Gittens, 28, was driving near the corner of Tilden and Ralph avenues in East Flatbush when he almost hit two women who were crossing the street on Aug. 27.

Gittens began fighting the pedestrians when Williams allegedly walked up and shot Gittens in the head with a handgun.

The victim was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital, where he died four days later from the gunshot wounds, according to court documents.

It was not immediately made clear why Williams allegedly shot Gittens.

Williams was originally charged with attempted murder, assault and weapon possession before his charges were upgraded as a result of Gittens’ death.

Williams’ family and friends blew kisses to the cuffed man from the court audience before he was taken away.

Williams could face 25 years in prison if convicted.

He is currently being held in custody without bail and is set to appear in court again on Dec. 1.
