In the transit-lacking neighborhood of Red Hook, a Tesla could attract buyers of a new three-story townhouse at 307 Van Brunt St, DNAinfo reported.

The two-family home with a perk busted into the market last week for $2.995 million and comes bundled with a Tesla car, Tesla charging station and a parking spot.

The decision to couple the house with a car stemmed from the nearby Tesla showroom on Van Brunt Street and a lack of reliable public transportation in the industrial neighborhood.

“We thought what could be a better pairing in Red Hook than Tesla and this property,” Jennifer Bocian of Ideal Properties told DNAinfo.

The model has not yet been decided but Tesla specialists will be on-site at open houses on some upcoming Sundays.

While the waterfront is still recovering after Superstorm Sandy and preparing for the next tropical storm, the house’s first floor is elevated about 5 to 6 feet and has a water drainage system.

The property is next door to Dolce Brooklyn gelato, the Black Flamingo coffee shop and a piece of Banksy street art.
