An iconic Red Hook building had a front-row seat at New York City’s first-ever professional auto race.

Formula E cars zipped over a racetrack built thisclose to the former New York Dock Co. building, AKA 160 Imlay St., which is being converted to condos by developer Es4te Four.

The century-old cast-in-place concrete former industrial building afforded a bird’s eye view of the New York City ePrix to guests at a sixth-floor hospitality suite on Saturday. The race-viewing get-together was hosted by Patty LaRocco of Douglas Elliman, who’s handling condo sales at the iconic building.
