Over $1,000 worth of candy stolen from car parked on Brooklyn street

Now that’s some sweet tooth.

Cops say a whopping $1,119 worth of candy was stolen from a car parked at Third Avenue and 26th Street on the evening of Wednesday, January  18.

The victim, a 30-year-old man, discovered the loss at around 7:10 p.m., after he returned to the car from grocery shopping, and saw that the vehicle’s rear window had been broken.
