Classic Clipper pride as Xaverian cheerleaders compete for the first time

It was a first for Xaverian High School whose cheerleaders competed for the first time ever at the CHSAA regional cheerleading competition at the College of Staten Island on Saturday, January 21.

The Clipper cheerleaders competed in the JV Small Team Division, and had a fantastic first outing, according to school officials.

The Original Cheerleading Team of Xaverian High School is led by Stefanie Frasca and Erin Richroath. The members are Alexandra Alexandrou, Alyssa Beltran, Aviana Finocchiaro, Briana Tzompa, Shawanna Watson, Emily McDonald, Gianna Granite, Hannah Savelli, Kinga Lewandowska, Lauren Savelli, Mia Sanabria, Christie Liu, Ruby Manzoor, Samantha Tommaso and Reina Lazo.
