The Ploughman is the place to go for delicious cured meats and cheeses.
They have been at their current location since 2012. They sell 16oz. Growlers in mason jars, and they carry a variety of basic cheeses, as well as hard-to-find selections such as Tome du Pere Antoine, a semi-soft, slightly floral, buttery cheese washed in Alsatian pear liqueur. They also carry Charcuterie for salting, smoking and curing meats.
