WASHINGTON, D.C. — Brooklyn Rep. Talks NASA: U.S. Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney (NY-12), was recently presented with a U.S. flag, a New York state flag and an Administrator’s coin by NASA Deputy Administrator Dr. Dava Newman (left). The congresswoman spoke to Newman about NASA’s programs and the need to encourage more young people to embrace STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
