Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue will hold its annual street festival on Sept. 18, where dogs, kids and adults can enjoy a variety of activities, including a Badass raffle, a pit bull kissing booth and an agility course.  The organization — a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue composed of a network of fosters and volunteers — is co-hosting the event with Canal Bar, and the festivities will take place rain or shine from noon to 5 p.m. on President Street between Third Avenue and Nevins Street in Gowanus.

The festival is ticketless and free, and local craft and food vendors will be on hand.

The event is sponsored by VERG (Veterinary Emergency & Referral Group), Yelp, Jack’s Abby Lager, Badass Hard Cider, Remarkable Liquids and Canal Bar.
