A quaint little home in Bay Ridge could cost you upwards of $2 million these days.

That’s right; a seven bedroom home on 77th Street was listed at $2.5 million less than two weeks ago. Real estate sites Trulia and Zillow both list the three-story, 3,296-square-foot home for the cool price of $2,500,000 and both describe the space as “charming” and “unique.”

Built in 1910, 237 77th Street is an Italianate-style home and features an over-sized, wrap-around porch, four full bathrooms, a private driveway and garage, high ceilings, original stained glass windows and hand restored period crown molding.
