Say hello to some of Brooklyn’s newest tenants.

The Brooklyn leasing team at CPEX Real Estate is opening seven new properties in the bustling borough. These new properties include a new gym on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, a clay-pot studio in South Slope and a restaurant by the marina in Brooklyn Heights.

“It is pleasing to see that the majority of these operators are service-oriented and hopefully will positively impact and serve the communities they are entering,” said CPEX Associate Director George Daunt.

The MAX Challenge fitness franchise, a new gym that will be replacing the Motherhood Maternity outlet located at 526 86th Street, is said to finally open in September. While the fitness center already has several locations opened throughout New Jersey and Staten Island, this will be the franchise’s first location in Brooklyn.

BKLYN Clay, a clay-pot studio, will be opening and providing classes to the community at their new South Slope location. If pottery isn’t your thing, enjoy some food at ONE15 Brooklyn Marina restaurant, which will open on the ground floor of the luxury apartment rental building in Brooklyn Heights.

Other new locations include Destination Chic Interiors in Boerum Hill, a new veterinary practice in Gowanus called Brooklyn Vets, the expansion of Professional Physical Therapy on Flatbush Avenue in Marine Park, and a newly renovated mixed used building on Washington Avenue.
