FX hit “The Americans” to film in Bay Ridge

“The Americans” — a critically acclaimed television series starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys — is set to film in Bay Ridge on Wednesday, January 13.
Filming for the drama — now in its fourth season on FX — will take place on 68th Street from Sixth Avenue to Fourth Avenue and on Fifth Avenue from Senator Street to Ovington Avenue throughout the entire day.
Owners of cars currently parked on those streets are urged to move them by 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
