PHILIPPINES — Massive Fire Engulfs Homes: Residents signal to an Air Force helicopter, which helps in battling the blaze at a residential area in Mandaluyong on Wednesday. Mandaluyong City Fire Marshall Nahum Tarroza said about 1,000 homes were burned during the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
