The powerHouse Arena in DUMBO will host a launch party for “You’re the Best” by the Satellite Sisters Lian Dolan, Liz Dolan and Sheila Dolan and the next generation on Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. “You’re the Best” (Prospect Park Books; Oct. 27) is a collection of essays celebrating friendship.
The Satellite Sisters had a national radio show and a column in “O Magazine.” Their current podcast has more than 687,287 downloads a year. For one unique night in Brooklyn, local residents can be a part of their intimate conversation.
Lian Dolan, a bestselling author, is best known for her novels “Helen of Pasadena” and “Elizabeth the First.”
