News flash — Man wanted for lewd act on D train

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect who is wanted for a public lewdness incident that occurred on Saturday, August 15 within the confines of the 62nd Precinct.

At approximately 4:35 p.m. on a southbound “D” train at the Bay Parkway subway station, the suspect was seen exposing his penis and performing a “lewd” act, according to cops. There were no physical injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The suspect is described as a male with black hair who was last seen wearing a black V-neck t-shirt, black pants and sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1(800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers’ website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
