WASHINGTON — Fire Continues to Destroy Buildings: Firefighters walk along one of several still-smoldering warehouses on Monday. The fire is thought to have been sparked by embers from a wildfire that hit homes on a nearby hillside in Wenatchee. The wildfires hit several parts of the state over the weekend as it is struggling with a severe drought, destroying dozens of structures and forcing hundreds to flee.
