PHILADELPHIA — Dove Released at Amtrak Deaths Memorial: A dove is released as the names of the eight victims are read aloud during a service of reflection near the site of the Amtrak train derailment on Sunday in Philadelphia. Company president Joseph Boardman said Amtrak staff and crew have been working “around the clock” to restore service along the route between Washington and Boston following Tuesday night’s crash that killed eight people and injured more than 200 others.
