NYPD seeks public’s help in finding missing man

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Cato Cipriano, last seen on Thursday, November 20 at approximately 3:40 a.m., running westbound on 39th Street towards Second Avenue.

Cipriano is described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’3”, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red waist-length jacket, blue jeans, green t-shirt, and black Adidas sneakers.

Anyone with information about Cipriano is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
