Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams has a soft spot for sweethearts.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, BP Adams is extending a “heartfelt” invitation to Brooklynites who have been together as a couple for 50 years or more (as of 2015), to join him at Borough Hall on Friday, February 13th at 11 a.m. for a champagne reception.

“I look forward to celebrating Brooklyn’s Golden Couples and the love they share,” BP Adams said in a statement accompanying an invitation decorated with a big pink heart.

At last year’s Sweethearts celebration, Adams cut a wedding cake and helped serve it to the roughly 70 couples at the party, who have stuck together through thick and thin.

The event also included music and a photo booth, which newlyweds from the Marriage License Bureau used as well.

The catch: Lifelong sweethearts must RSVP by Feb. 11 if they want to go to the party. To register, call 718-802-3717 or email [email protected].
