Going, going, gone soon.

The city Buildings Department issued a demolition permit in December for 19 Kent Ave., Williamsburg’s spec office site.

Workers have made huge strides in clearing the site where Toby Moskovits’ firm, Heritage Equity Partners, plans the first new-from-the-ground-up speculative office building to be constructed in Brooklyn in several decades.

By the way, in a recent interview with Crain’s, Moskovits referred to the project as 25 Kent Ave. Keep that in mind the next time you Google it.

So much construction is going on in Williamsburg that you could go crazy if you tried to photograph every single project. We snapped shots of just a few personal favorites — including the Domino Sugar Refinery development and 19 Kent Ave.

The captions in our photos explain which sites are which.

We snapped the shots on a recent day, before the snow fell and made a mess at Brooklyn construction sites.
