Manhattan Bridge traffic altered due to storm

The lower level of the Manhattan Bridge is closed to Manhattan-bound traffic until the Wednesday morning rush-hour because of the snowstorm.
City officials said Monday that Manhattan-bound traffic should use the upper level during this period.
Brooklyn-bound traffic will not be affected.
Consider alternate routes and allow for extra travel time.
