The article focused on a former Brooklynite who was accused of kidnapping his 5-year-old son in Albany.

“Considerable mystery has developed concerning the so-called kidnapping of the 5-year-old son of E. Howard O’Flyn…” the Eagle reported.  “‘The stories from Albany are not true,’ [O’Flyn] said.  ‘I have not kidnapped my son.’”
